- Fully upgraded new studio with a Queen bed and bunk beds for the kids. Perfect contemporary space for a getaway where pets are welcome. This centrally located condo makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in the door. Mammoths free shuttle stops feet from the condo for easy access to winter and summer activities. Plenty of sunlight from the double sliding glass doors to enjoy a cup of coffee and fully equipped kitchen to cook a meal after a long day exploring beautiful Mammoth Lakes.
With sleeping space for four and a fully stocked kitchen, you'll have no problems making yourself at home here! Bring your pooch and enjoy all the Sierra has to offer.
Hot tubs are now open and pool is expected to open Memorial weekend!

I live full time in Mammoth just down the street, so although I like to give guests their privacy, and I am message away if there's anything you should need!
We're located right in the center of town, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, and just down the street from the free town trolley stop!
There is free open parking in front of the unit, but take advantage of Mammoth's free transit system with stops close by, or walk to any of the shops and restaurants just down the street
-Please be aware we can not be liable for any weather related impacts to your stay. If weather is a concern we recommend guests purchase travel insurance.
-Please remember that this is a pet friendly unit. While we do our very best to thoroughly clean the unit between stays, we can not guarantee that it will be completely free of pet hair or dander.
