Ski Trip

The property was very clean and cozy, and it was perfect for our needs. Cheryl is a super host, and she was very helpful and available fo inquiries about chains, weather and road conditions. We would definitely recommend this home for your Mammoth stay.

Fantastic Christmas Vacation in the Mountains

My family and I had a lovely time in Mammoth staying at Property 646327. The condo was very well maintained, fully stocked, and close to the red line. We were welcomed by a wonderful bottle of wine and a fireplace full of wood and paper. The owner was very kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend this property!

Cozy Holiday Weekend

We so enjoyed this lovely two story condo. The owner was amazing and made sure the wood burning stove was going before we arrived, so that we entered a warm cozy home. Big deal for my family!! The last condo we rented was vacant for some time and it literally took over 24 hours to warm the place. We would definitely choose this condo again!!!

Cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo. The master queen bed was comfortable with flannel sheets. There was a loft with a queen & twin bed. The kitchen was fully stocked. It had the comforts of home away from home. It was on the 2nd floor & a very short walk to grocery outlet, Rite Aid & Foot loose store. We hardly used our car as we could use the shuttle to Mammoth Mountain on the red line. We would stay there again in the future.

Cozy and convenient condo, perfect for families

A perfect place for a quick weekend getaway. Clean and well-equipped kitchen, two separate sleeping areas make it perfect for families with kids. We loved the wood burning stove and free Netflix - made for a cozy day when we got snowed in. Easy parking right near the entry stairway, one flight of stairs up. Free shuttle pickup to the village and the gondola to Canyon Lodge is just across the parking lot, and convenient ski storage right outside the front door. Cheryl is a great host and communication before and after our stay was great. She was very understanding and open to working with us when weather necessitated some minor change of plans. Highly recommended

Top Notch Getaway

We came to Cheryl's place for Thanksgiving, and the place was clean and perfect for our small group. Cheryl was very accommodating and super responsive when we needed to know about what types of pots and pans or other kitchen appliances she had, and when we arrived the stove and oven were sparkling clean (as was the rest of the house!) All directions were clear, and she had all the materials necessary for having a nice fire in the wood stove each night (which does an excellent job of keeping the unit warm). It's very close to the mountain, to town, to the Von's, and to bars/restaurants. The unit doesn't feel like a rental unit - it feels like a unit that has the charm of a friend's home. We will definitely be coming back here.

Feb. 15 - 18, 2021 Mammoth Ski Trip

Cheryl & Garry's condo was just as advertised and just what we needed. It had two sleeping areas, bedroom and loft. It had a small but serviceable kitchen and a little living area with a wood stove. It was perfect for what we needed. We had an excellent time and Cheryl was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Early March 3-day Ski Weekend

My daughter (who recently moved from Jersey to CA) and I spent 3 days skiing Mammoth and staying at Cheryl's well-appointed and super clean place in Mammoth Lakes. I slept in the master bedroom and my daughter had the loft to herself. Although there were only two of us, this would be a great place for four. Really nice hanging out in the evening with a warm fire going in the wood stove. Easy to get to Mammoth with the free bus that stops nearby.

Loved this condo!

So happy to have found this condo. Stayed here with my wife and a friend and we all loved this condo as soon as we walked in. The location can't be beat, close to Von's, Rite Aid, gas stations, and restaurants. It faces the mountains so you aren't listening to car's driving by all night. The furnishings inside are all top notch. Comfy leather sofa's, flannel bed sheets and blankets in the main bedroom w/feather pillows which I loved, granite counter tops in the kitchen, new stainless appliances, wood burning stove, and two beds up in the loft. It felt more like a home than a rental. We snowboarded in powder for two days at Mammoth just after a storm had past, coming back to this condo made our trip so much more enjoyable. Cheryl was a great host and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I can't wait to return to Mammoth and stay here again. Thanks Cheryl!

A charming mountain condo with a superb host

My 3-person group stayed at Cheryl and Gary’s condo for a monster of a storm this year. The condo was setup and ready for our arrival on Thursday just as the snow was falling. We really appreciated the charm of the condo and little touches that made this place feel like it belonged to its owners instead of a continuous rental. The wood-burning stove is a beast and more than ample to keep your group cozy whatever the weather may throw at you. We found the kitchen to be very thorough with pots, pans, and the rest of the necessities for all amateur chefs. I would definitely recommend this place to any friend looking for a good place to stay while visiting. For the few questions we had Cheryl was very responsive both through the website and SMS.
