Our spacious 2-bedroom + loft condo sleeps up to 8 guests with 5 beds and 3 full bathrooms—ideal for families, couples traveling together, or a mountain getaway with friends. With two included parking spaces and the free Mammoth shuttle just across the street, you can leave the cars parked and skip the hassle of mountain parking.

We’re centrally located on Meridian Blvd., near both The Village and Eagle Lodge, with shopping, restaurants and everyday essentials nearby.

After a day on the mountain, trails or lakes, settle into the living room by the wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided. The Smart Fire TV lets you log into your favorite streaming services, and we also have cable for live TV and game days. Both sofas have mounted charging stations so phones and devices can stay powered up.

The updated kitchen has rustic mountain style and is fully equipped for cooking meals at home. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably, with 4 additional barstools at the kitchen counter—plenty of room for meals, drinks or a board game night.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, en suite full bathroom and Smart Fire TV
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed and Smart Fire TV, with a full bathroom just across the hall
• Loft: Queen bed, 2 twin beds, full bathroom and Smart Fire TV

The loft is an open sleeping area rather than a fully enclosed bedroom.

We provide all bedding and bath towels, plus 8 beach towels for use at the pool, hot tub and lakes, so there’s no need to bring your own.

GETTING AROUND

Bus stop 46 is directly outside the complex on Meridian Blvd., with Mammoth shuttle service approximately every 30 minutes.

Year-round, the Purple Line connects the area with Vons and The Village. During winter, the Green Line also operates between Vons and Eagle Lodge, providing another convenient option for getting to the mountain.

PARKING

Two parking spaces and parking passes are provided with your stay.

IMPORTANT ACCESS INFORMATION

Please note that the condo is located on the second floor and is accessed by stairs; there is no elevator. There is also an interior staircase leading to the loft.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, including infants, in accordance with local short-term rental regulations.

This is a privately owned condo. Guests should contact us directly with questions or concerns regarding the unit rather than the on-site HOA staff.

During periods of heavy snowfall, the HOA manages snow removal for shared walkways, driveways and common areas.
