  • Welcome to Seasons 4 #140, an upgraded 2-bedroom plus loft, 2-bathroom condo ideally located on Lakeview Blvd between Canyon Lodge and The Village. With space to sleep 8 guests and plenty of modern amenities, it's the perfect spot for families and groups to enjoy Mammoth Lakes year-round.

    Step into the open floor plan living area featuring a leather sofa, pellet stove, large flat-screen TV, and vaulted beam ceilings. The dining area seats six, with extra seating at the kitchen bar and access to a private deck. The upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to cook for the whole group.

    Down the hall are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and bright windows. The second bathroom includes a separate vanity area and shower/tub combo.

    Upstairs, the loft offers four twin beds, a Smart TV, and a convenient washer and dryer—making it ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests.
