Warm and cozy, upgraded, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ground floor (single level) condo in phase IV of the beautiful Snowcreek complex (Unit #563). Sleeps 6!

This unit is upgraded with high-end furniture throughout. The living room features a gas fireplace, large comfortable sofa, and a large, flat-screen TCL smart TV. Enjoy the spectacular views from your private outdoor patio (just off the living room) which offers a private gas BBQ.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in the fully-stocked, upgraded kitchen furnished with wood cabinetry, electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, coffee machine, and well stocked with all the cookware and dish ware you'll need. Dine in at the large dining table (with seating for 6) or grab a quick snack at the kitchen bar (with stools provided for additional seating). The private, in-home washer dryer includes provided laundry pods.

The cozy bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping options, with a king-sized bed and en-suite bath in the master bedroom, and a full over full bunk bed with and additional full-sized trundle pull out underneath in the second bedroom. There is also a second bathroom off the hall. Both bedrooms feature flat screen smart LG TV's.

The property features free, private WiFi and cable TV service. Walk to the town's no cost shuttle stop (red line); as well as nearby Mammoth Creek, and Mammoth's network of walking and bike trials.

Perfect getaway

Great location for a late summer getaway. The babbling brook out back was a pleasant suprise. Place was clean and had all the amenities our family of 5 needed. Would stay there again!

Great place for a ski weekend

Cozy condo in a great location. The kitchen was well stocked to cook at home. We loved the creek out back behind the property. It was a perfect base to enjoy a family ski weekend.

We found the condo to be clean, well stocked, in great condition, and well located as it was close to the mountain and village. It snowed several of the days while we were there, and we were particularly impressed with their snow removal.

Good value for a very pleasant location

This lodging is very close to Eagle Lodge. It is a ground floor unit, which makes loading and unloading very easy. Very clean and tidy unit, with all necessary amenities. Easy parking in front of unit.

The Snowcreek condos are always a great place to rent in Mammoth. Everything we needed was there and we were not left wondering where to find anything. Everyone was comfortable with their own bed and we were a short distance from everything we wanted to do.

SW Road Trip

The condo was very comfortable for four adults. The kitchen was large and well stocked with condiments, pots, pans, dishes and grill utensils. The living area had a large couch and love seat so there was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us. The location was about five minutes away from Vons, a very nice grocery store. We will definitely stay here again.

Mammoth Family Fun

I was immediately impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the property. We enjoyed the fact that it was all on the same level which was helpful with small children being able to stay in the bedroom right next to ours. Unit was equipped with everything we needed and enjoyed some of the board games that were available. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again. Top notch!

This was a great condo for 4 people. Easy to get to Eagle Lodge for skiing, grocery store and restaurants. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Not much natural light in the living space, but everything else was good.

Early November Getaway

Property was just as it looked in the listing. Clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the location at Snowcreek IV in Old Mammoth neighborhood. We would definitely return to this unit on our next visit.

Relaxing

Found the place to be in excellent condition, very clean and comfortable. There was a nice flowing stream outside the bedrooms which really relaxed me. The only criticisms I have and they aren’t big deals, are the sliding door was hard to open, the patio itself was covered in debris and I’m not a big fan of leather couches. Over all one of the nicer places I’ve stayed in up there. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great condo

This was an awesome stay! Very clean throughout, comfortable beds and couches. There’s a great view of the creek out of both bedroom windows. The kitchen was updated and adequately stocked. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. The iPad check in was smooth and easy, and WiFi/tv streaming were both hassle free. We have three kids under 5, and the best feature for me was that it’s single story- no stairs. We stay in mammoth at least once a year and the multi-story condos are a nightmare with babies/toddlers. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

Wish to use this location every time in Mammoth

My partner and myself love this unit. Like that it's first floor and that its off the beaten path so you don't get the traffic noise. The unit is always clean and ready for guests. That's my experience so far. The only issue I ever seem to have is the "CODE FOR THE DOOR" was not available on any of the text messages. I have to make sure I use my desktop and print the email message. That said, considering the extra charges on top of the rental, I shouldn't have to worry about something as simple as a door code. My only gripe. Short of that what can I say. Excellent pretty much describes it. I always search for this unit first.
