Drive right up to the front door, a couple steps and you are in. no elevator, no long stairs up multilevel , no lobby, no check in, just walk right in to the home with plenty of room for all your equipment, there are 2 master type bedrooms each with private bathrooms, plus a Office Loft area off the Living Rm with a designated additional bathroom to use. large Kitchen fully furnished, spacious living room/dining area to hang out together after the end of a long day, having a 3rd full bathroom so nobody has to wait to get ready to go ride, flat screen HD TV with local cable or Youtubetv. Printer available for use. Natural Spas located just miles away for a great outdoor adventure. Deck area with BBQ and views of trees and bike path. 1/2 mile to lifts or village gondola or a short walk to shuttle to take you anywhere in town or to mountain resort. Plenty of room to relax with a wood burning stove, cozy yet rustic enough to have no worries, we love this place and you will too. Our goal is for you to come back again and again. Great place in mammoth where it was easy to get anywhere we needed but quiet and removed perfect for kids. Scott was a great host and was very responsive to everything we needed even in the middle of a storm. Highly recommend
We thoroughly enjoyed the Mammoth Lakes area. Scott was very responsive to all my questions. The condo was exactly as portrayed online. It was convenient to the major parts of the city.
Loved the double masters suites and all the supplies and extras like two forms of coffee makers (K cup and regular). Thanks Scott..

Master bed too uncomfortable
The location is very nice.
But the master bed and the couch in the living room are very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep well. The master bed sinks down and it’s too small for two people. The couch is old snd sinks down too.
Also there is owners stuff in every closet, old clothes, towels, etc
And the bathrooms need to be remodeled

Great upstairs/downstairs condo (sleep downstairs and eat/relax upstairs). Condo association stays on top of snow clearing, not just of parking lot but walkway and front porch too. Scott is highly organized and responsive. Location is central, with bus stop at end of block and short drives to Eagle, Vons and the Village. Firewood included.
Loved staying at Scott's place. Really lovely space with comfy beds in a great location. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place! Love these town homes!
We stayed for 3 days for a short ski trip. The home was great! I loved that all 3 full bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, soap, shower gel, q tips, etc. That was such a nice touch that many rentals don’t have. It was conveniently located for skiing and doing things in town. Check in and out were very easy! I would for sure stay there again!

Great Weekend Getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay here over Super Bowl weekend! Parking is right in front of the door and the key was in a lock box so no hassle of going somewhere to check in. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The layout was really nice with the 2 master bedrooms (one with bunk beds) on the ground floor and the living area/kitchen upstairs with the office (full bed) and an extra full bath! The location is great and it's easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great place
This condo was super clean, well equipped and was exactly as advertised. With 2 teen boys and a tween girl we needed enough separate rooms and the “loft” bedroom off the living area worked perfectly for my daughter. It was very soundproof and private with the door and curtains closed. Unloading very easy with the entrance just a step from the car. 3 min drive to eagle lift. All in all we were very satisfied.

We loved the spacious townhome and all the at-home comforts provided!
The location and comfort of the property were perfect for our stay. Perfect space for 4 adults , and the location was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. The balcony is the perfect area to end the day after fishing and hiking!

Extremely spacious and very clean condo
We were very impressed on the condo and how much room it had! It offered everything, you just had to bring your own food which was very convenient! It was clean and we had a fabulous time!

Nice, clean place, not too fancy
We had a very pleasant stay at Scott's condo. The upstairs living area was spacious, got great light, and never overheated despite 80 degree days. The kitchen was very well equipped and had tons of spices and condiments on hand. There was even charcoal for the outdoor grill. The furniture and decor wasn't fancy, but it was comfortable and clean.
Only downside was that the third bedroom was right off the main living area, with glass sliding doors (with a curtain). However, we did not end up using it because it wasn't really private.

Enjoyed our stay
Nice location with parking next to the door...easy in and out. Good place to start the many outdoor adventures Manmoth has to offer. Adequate/comfortable furnishings...not so nice that you are afraid to ruin something. Fully stocked with essentials.
