Cozy one bedroom, one bathroom, condominium in Mammoth Lakes that sleeps four comfortably. This property features: a basically equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, dining for four, a 42' flatscreen LED smart TV , wood burning fireplace (firewood provided), balcony, and twin bunkbeds that are perfect for kids in the alcove. The master bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and a 40' smart TV. Sunshine Village is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town, or take the nearby shuttle (green line) to Eagle Lodge and the Village. Enjoy on-site parking/ 2 spots, pool, spa, sauna, tennis court, recreation room and laundry facilities. Swimming pool, bbq's and tennis court are available, weather permitting. This unit is non-smoking. You can enjoy WiFi in the unit. Please purchase VRBO's trip insurance especially during winter months.

Condo is just as pictured. Great location with super easy access to the Eagle Lodge. Would stay there again. Only complaint is the pillows. Place needs some good quality pillows!

Mammoth Ski Trip

The location of this stay makes it very worth it. An easy 5-10 minute drive to anywhere in Mammoth makes traveling around town very convenient. Cabin is cozy and well furnished.

This was a great location and easy to find and get into. The decor is cute and love the lay out of the living space/kitchen. Our only complaint is the bed was pretty uncomfortable- my husband ended up sleeping on the couch. Otherwise was a nice little place for the weekend!

Cozy weekend

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend vacation at this cozy condo. The location is central to many Mammoth sights. It’s central to the grocery store and several restaurant options. The fireplace was such a nice touch and the quilts helped to keep us warm. Communication with hosts and check-in process was super easy.We recommend this condo if you want a convenient, cozy, and happy stay.

This place was cozy, clean, and a great size for myself and two friends. We loved the location, there's a coffee shop, brewery, and lots of food places all in walkable distance, and it's not too far from Eagle lodge. The shuttle for getting to the mountain was right out front. Would stay here again.

I enjoyed everything about this property. Very comfortable and clean. So many nice touches and extras that made me feel welcomed and at home. Parking very convenient directly in front of the unit, having a pool/jacuzzi and sauna was a nice bonus. Host does a great job of providing detailed information to make the stay very easy. Loved the super convenient location, just a block or so from grocery stores! Would definitely stay at Mike & Shelley's Sunshine Village VRBO again, five star all the way!

Great condo for family ski trip

My wife, son and I had a fantastic stay at this condo. It is centrally located in town, and allowed us to get onto the mountain within minutes. The condo was clean, well furnished, well stocked, and very comfortable. Parking was right in front of the front door, which made loading luggage, food & ski gear very easy. They also did a great job of plowing the parking lot in the morning and afternoon, as it was snowing while we were there. We'd definitely return. It's perfect for a family of 3-4.

one bedroom, two bunk beds , shower/ bath combo. Everything listed is accurate. Jacuzzi/Pool, ping pong table, pool table was broken. Easy access to check in. I would stay again.

Great condo in a great location

This property was great! Everything is close to each other in Manmoth but this is just a few minutes from a grocery store, tons of restaurants and bike rental place and even pickleball courts! Clean and cozy condo. Loved that even though it’s one bedroom you can sleep 4 so you can have a private bedroom. Hot tub was great and we used it every night. Hosts were super responsive to all questions during and before the stay. Definitely would come back if we come back to Mammoth!

We thought the condo was just perfect for our family of 3. My son loved the alcove area with the bunkbed - he was in his own space, but still close enough to his parents to feel comfortable. The home had all of the amenities we needed, including coffee, sugar, toiletries, etc. The condo was central to all of the restaurants, sights and other areas we explored. My one critique would be that the bed would creak whenever we moved in the night, which woke me up a few times.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment. Nice towels and sheets We did lots of hiking Kitchen worked well So much attention to detail. Would love to stay again A bit noisy on the 2 nights someone was staying upstairs...lots of footsteps could be heard. But i am a light sleeper.

Cozy and Convenient

Very nice condo with 1st floor access and parking up to the front door. Great for off loading. Unit itself is very comfortable and uncluttered. The kitchen is simple as stated but it's great when everything works! Sunshine Village is a well maintained association with a large hot tub and dry sauna. Ample open parking with easy access to everything that is Mammoth via Meridian.

Cozy and clean property

We enjoyed our stay at this property! We were so glad to see all was listed as it truly was, very quiet area and very accessible to all the nearby attractions. Would recommend replacing the master bed as it groans and creeks with even the slightest movements; pillows could be improved as well. Last recommendation is to provide grill brushes for the outdoor grill which we assumed was okay for all residents to use, although it wasn't clear in the description. Thank you for making the check-in process so easy and for the condo to be so clean!

Location, Location, Location

Very rustic cabin in the perfect location. There are multiple different transportation lines across from the property that will take you all over the area. You can walk to Vons, a brewery, the golf course, movies, and bowling. You are close to the bike path, and the different parks. This location is perfect if you want to spend time exploring in the Mammoth Lakes area. The unit has everything you could want to cook, has plenty of space, and has room for additional guests or children.
