"We loved our apartment because it was near the pool and very convenient specially with kids around. Staff was awesome loved how their service was. One thing was odd when one of the staff walked in our room while we were still cooking our breakfast. There was no knock on the door if they can also be well trained for that. Overall we loved it and will definitely be back with families."

"This resort is made for families in every way We stayed for 5 days with 4 kids 4 adults. Rooms were spacious and well maintained. Breakfast was a highlight for everyone - loved the omelette station and fresh juice bar! The centrally located pool is perfect the kids can swim and parents can supervise from the restaraunt. Location was perfect easy walk to all the other hotels and their restaurants and pools. Water park across the road was amazing too you can come and go with all day pass. The fijian people are second to none, they are warm, welcoming and attentive. Definitely the best hotel on Denarau currently 10/10! Only improvement (for all the hotels) would be GET TAP BEERS especially at the Heineken beer bar … 😅 We will be back at the end of the year, thank you Sheraton!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki. We were blessed to meet Sera at the front desk who welcomed us like family with her smile and warm greetings. The greeting and check in were an A+!!! Coming off the boat and walking up to the property, they gave us a shell lei greeting while singing a Fijian welcome song. It really made the welcome memorable and we felt like we were home from the minute we got there. Because we bought the full meal plan, upon arrival we were able to quickly sit down and have lunch at the open air restaurant overlooking the beach. The menu was expansive and there is an option of eating at the Indian restaurant as well. We absolutely recommend getting the meal plan as there is no other place to eat on the island and it gives you options without having to worry about the prices. Our room was #130, an oceanfront room that was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy and the furniture and decoration was very nice. The room was a bit far from the center of the hotel and the walk was a bit far but overall it was great. The property is amazing and the beach and snorkeling is out of this world. There isn't great snorkeling on the shore but if you swim out or are taken out by the staff to the reef's edge, the snorkeling is some of the best I've ever seen in the world. "Our villa was a disaster. It rained all night and there was a leak in the roof and it flooded our front foyer where we had our shoes and few other belongings. So naturally our belonging and shoes were soaked. Next morning we requested to be moved but the hotel was at full capacity due to the mini hurricane that’s what we were told. The manager and front desk staff were polite and understanding. The housekeeping staff were amazing. All the restaurant staffs on both sides were just amazing and wonderful. Food was 10 out 10. We paid lots of money for the villa that was not up to par. "

"We absolutely loved our time here. We stayed in a beachfront villa and our kids LOVED having a private pool, and I loved the beachfront hammock. The villa is a great design, spacious with two large bathrooms, the outdoor shower was a great feature. Having a washing machine and dryer was also incredibly useful. Basic kitchen (no oven). Really good aircon. The resort was relaxed and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast highlights were fresh watermelon and delicious freshly baked pastries. The restaurant and bar on site had a good selection and was reasonably priced, food safety seemed high as we had no issues (nor did other guests we spoke to). The resort pool was also great - large and surrounded by lush tropical garden and we never had any trouble getting loungers. We didn't use the kids club as our kids preferred to stay with us. They organized a few daily activities (e.g. ice cream eating comp, fish feeding) and there were kayaks on site you could use. They organized day trips (for a fee) to nearby islands, where the beaches are a lot clearer and have snorkelling. There was evening entertainment a few nights a week, one with fire dancing. The restaurant looked beautiful at night, and the marina next door also looks very attractive (and a good restaurant there also). Being on the mainland meant we could easily drive to other activities and shops. It's not five star but felt local and authentic. I'd love to go again!!"
