"Hotel was good for what you pay for! Pool was great alongside the entertainment which was fantastic. Great fun playing volleyball. Parking for hire car was no issue and there was plenty of food to choose from every night. They had the football on which was great for when we went. Bar drinks had good options with a special cocktail everyday. Reception were very helpful for when we had issues with the door. People are harsh on the reviews unfortunately and expect the world for the money. Yes it’s a little run down but aircon worked and sheets were offered to be changed everyday nearly. Hot water took a while to come on but eventually turned up when required."

"Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits en juillet et nous avons eu une très belle expérience. L'hôtel est magnifique et nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine avec les lits de jours et beaucoup de places. Le petit déjeuner était bon et plutôt varié. L'hôtel n’a pas de stationnement, mais il y a toujours des places juste en avant dans la rue, donc ce n’est pas un problème. Un point à améliorer serait d'ajouter une cafetière dans les chambres. Nous sommes des lèves-tôt et le fait de ne pas avoir accès à la section déjeuner avant 7h30, même pour seulement un café, nous limitait. Sinon, le service serait à améliorer en terme de présence des employés. Le bar et la réception étaient souvent vacants."

"The hotel itself was pretty, and the buffet was surprisingly excellent. There’s a putt putt course there, but they don’t even turn the lights on at night. So don’t plan on using it after the sunsets. The Mexican restaurant that you have to have a reservation for isn’t really worth the time or effort. The main buffet is beautiful and has tons of options. Very family friendly. We stayed in one of the Casitas, they packed so much furniture in there you can barely move around it. Overall, it was a decent stay."

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"
