Considering they apparently are doing Reno's soon no use getting into the issues. I did stay for 2 weeks this time, I am a regular there as I have spent over 30 days at this hotel in the last year. They did have me move a floor up due to Reno's to start, which was no problem, but they offered zero help to move. I had airport transfer included in my deal. I was transferring to another hotel though, a lot closer than the airport. I asked if they would still transfer me to the other hotel, was told yes and then a few minutes later was told no. Funny thing is their two vans rarely move from the hotel and their drivers are just idle. Customer service wise it made zero sense.
