眺めは最高だけどサービスはイマイチ

3泊中に一度も掃除、シーツ交換、タオル交換などされなかった。 一度クレームしたが、翌日も掃除されなかった。せっかくの最高の眺めと施設設備の良さが台無しで残念だった。ホテルまでの交通の便が悪くタクシー利用が必須。レンタカーは道が狭く山道だし、インドでの外国人の運転は危険、無謀です。

awesome mountain view!

we had an awesome 3d2n stay at this place. getting up to this hotel might take about 15 to 20 mins. if i am not wrong, this is the highest hotel in manali or the place we went to. there were no hotels after this hotel and the road was nearly ending from our hotel. this was almost 7,000ft above sea level. you got good awesome view from your rooms of the beautiful mountains covered with snow. we had to pay 300 rupees per night for the heater. the heater was useless as it was not enough to heat up the room. i feel hotels should give this as complimentary to guests as anyone in the right mind would need a heater in such extreme negative weather. The coldest it went was -9 degress when we were there in dec 2015.
