"We loved the location of this cozy cottage in Manapouri. We were able to walk into the village easily and grab dinner and it was a short drive to Te Anau. The owners provided great information about the local area and hikes and had lots of great books about the area. We definitely felt like a local ..."

It was ok
"This place is very minimalist. It had enough room for all of us with 3 bedrooms and a sleep out. The sleep out was half the garage and had an ensuite. It was sufficient but small. Not really enough plates for the amount of people that can stay. The glasses were in need of a bit of cleaning as well. ..."

Verified traveller

It is very small not many options for food although Te Anau is 20 mins away, by car, with many options. It is close to the embarkation point for Doubtful Sound cruises, walking distance, which was excellent, a beautiful trip.
