"The location of this place was fantastic. It’s a very close and easy walk to both the beach and boardwalk, which was extremely convenient for our family. The place also had pretty much everything you could need for a beach stay. We did have an issue with the beach umbrella during our stay, but Patrick was very quick to respond and resolve the issue, which we really appreciated. That said, the accommodations themselves were a bit uncomfortable for my family of four. I’m 6’2”, and the low ceilings and doorways were challenging, with my head scraping the ceilings and door frames in several areas. The bathroom was especially difficult, as everything felt very miniature and cramped. Overall, the living quarters are quite tight for a family of four. There was also an unusual dip in the flooring toward the center of the house that was noticeable throughout the stay. Overall, the location is definitely the biggest highlight, and Patrick was responsive and helpful when an issue came up. However, taller guests or families of four should be aware that the space is quite compact and may not be the most comfortable fit."

"This was our second stay at one of Karl and Alyssa's Point Pleasant properties, and for the second time, it did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless, communication from the hosts was great, and everything was super clean in the condo. We love the amazing location and the included parking spot. The 2 included beach badges are also the cherry on top. The condo looks even better in person than in the photos. We felt very at home and comfortable in that unit. Would definitely book again."
