"So much could be said about Barut Hemera. From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are visiting family. The staff are some of the warmest friendly people we have met during our travels. Attention to detail is in the DNA at Barut Hemera. For such a big facility it is difficult to find fault with anything. Spotless rooms amazing cleaning and grounds staff. The service staff are just as diligent and courteous always one step ahead of your requests. The food Wow, how can you complain when the choices and flavours are endless. This place is a must visit."

"Tuvimos una experiencia muy positiva en general, el personal muy amable, comida y bebidas en el todo incluido bastante bien, las piscinas exteriores estaban abiertas si alguien es baliente para bañarse en invierno, algo que me pareció muy bien. Muy recomendable el lugar, muchas gracias por todo. Lo unico negativo fue la señora rubia en la piscina interior que no es para nada amable y sabiendo que estabamos alistandonos para salir nos apago las luces, no entiendo para que hace eso... Pero a todos los demas mil gracias por su atencion y amabilidad, 5 estrellas bien merecidas. "

"The staff are most attentive. There could be more spice in the food and they could theme the food by day as it was all pretty similar most days. Also it caters more towards German tourists as everything is in Euros and the staff speak more German than English however this was not a problem for us. The facilities including pools, rooms, bar, gaming room and spa are fantastic. We had an excellent holiday here and would love to go again."

"This is absolutely the easiest review I could ever write. When we first arrived I was initially put off by our room (we reserved a suite) and how busy the main restaurant was (quite overwhelming when you’re tired and hungry). However when I expressed our disappointment with the room, we were moved the next day and once we settled in and were well rested, we really saw how fantastic this hotel was. The staff are what makes Paloma Perissia special; it was spotless and they worked very hard with a smile and friendliness that was genuine. I have a gluten intolerance and as soon as I made them aware, I was introduced to the head chef or restaurant manager every day and they helped me navigate the huge buffet (with endless choices) at the restaurant as well as making me special gluten free dishes, without even asking! I was blown away! The staff at every bar were also very welcoming and often made us cocktails off of the menu. We would definitely return to Paloma Perissia, and would recommend it to anybody that asks! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!"
