Ne vaut absolument pas les 370 euros par jours pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 7 et 9 ans ! Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 4 dans 10 m2 chambre très odorante au passage odeur de moisissure dans ttes les chambres nous étions plusieurs couples avec enfants,le service hôtelier est très désagréable même avec les enfants,par contre leurs jardins et Aqua lande était vraiment top...je le noterai pas plus de 4 étoiles mais pas trop mérité la 4 eme....

Hotel magnifique et familial avec de supers spectacles le soir, pas mal d'activités en journée, une belle piscine en plus d'un aquapark pour petits et grands, repas variés au restaurant de l'hotel en plus de 4 restos à la carte, belle plage de sable même si une fois dans la mer on sent les cailloux. Seul bémol : les serveurs plus occupés à vouloir servir les dames surtout célibataires avant tous les autres...

Et fint hotel til børnefamilien, men uden WiFi på værelset og ingen sattelit tv som lovet. Maden var ok, med et stort udvalg i buffeten. Den lille vip restaurant var dog klart det bedste sted.

Nice hotel close to the beach. I'd say its more of a 4* hotel rather than a 5*. Quite often there were powercuts but restored straight away. Facilities are great. Staff are generaally helpful although some staff do have a bit of a face on. Great resort fir the children. Wifi access everywhere. Friendly environment. And good food.

Семейный отдых в Турции

Проживали в данном отеле с 26.09.2018 по 03.10.2018 5 взрослых и ребенок 1 год 8 месяцев. В целом от отеля только положительные эмоции. Достаточно большая территория, все чисто и уютно. Долго работает аквапарк. У нас было 2 клубных номера: Club Dublex Family в котором отдыхали родители и сестра супруги с ребенком и Club Standard Room, в котором жили мы с супругой. Очень понравилось то, что номер Club Dublex Family - двухэтажный, было очень удобно. Номера большие и чистые. В общем понравилось все. Есдинственно на что стоит обратить внимание - это пляж: галька, достаточно глубоко сразу у берега. Кто не умеет плавать не сможет насладиться купанием в море. Тем кто умеет плавать - проще прыгать или спускаться в воду с понтона. Зато у бассейнов практически всегда свободно. В целом мы остались довольны отелем. Достаточно слабый интернет, но оно и понятно, в отеле очень много туристов, поэтому, кто хочет посерфить - только после 12 вечера.

Summer holiday

We came to this hotel on our family holiday with a 1 and a half year old. The hotel is great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The slides were fabulous and the food was great too. Some of it a tad odd but overall really nice. The staff were okay, slightly annoying that majority do not speak English. However one particular fab staff member called Robert made our stay amazing. We found the other guests very rude, lack of manors especially when queuing for food during lunch service. They would just push in and do not apologise or say excuse me. The other guests I also found very demeaning to the staff and intimidating. Overall the hotel was great, food was fab. Always really clean and lots of different drinks/food available to select from. Would definitely recommend the hotel shame about the other guests though!

Otel resepsiyonunda karşılayan kişiler eğitimsiz ve seviyesiz. Özellikle Cahit Salman ismindeki resepsiyon sorumlusu çık lan diye hitap etmiştir. Otel çok eski yanısıra yiyecek içecek kalitesi çook kötü. Her köşede sorunlardan dolayı tartışan müşteriler var. Bayram gününü böylesi mutsuz hale dönüştüren tüm ilgililerden rahatsız olduk. 5 yıldızlı otel mi ? Pansiyon bundan daha iyidir.

Hotel staff were friendly , helpful and accommodating. We were given our room 4 hrs ahead of checkin time so we did't had to wait as we had kids and were tired from travel. Food was ok and the kids had a good time. It was need and clean and all facilities were well maintained. Although the we could't find many transportation option from airport which is approx 70 min via taxi. there were lots of activities to chose from for everyone.

I would not recommend the taxi company that is based in the hotel. I would rather call up the yellow taxis & pay them. Had a terrible experience with the hotel based taxis, we asked for a 10 seater bus with driver we were furnished with a 9 seater plus driver to take us to manvagat indoor market. we were taken to the outdoor market which we hadnot asked for & after experiencing the indoor shopping we requested to be taken to the outdoor & they wanted to charge another £20 for a two minute trip. When arrangements were made for our pick up we were left stranded in the heat for an hour & half. Their phone is not answered & then we get told of a mis communication regarding pick up time!!!!! Even the day we left the lady was still hasseling us for the £20 when we had told her she did not provide the service we asked for. She was also talking to other people about us in another language which I found totally unacceptable.

nice for a family vacation

Nice hotel that is safe for children, great food and entertainment staff very friendly and cooperative. The bad is they didn't change sheets everyday and the receptionist is rude also the operator woman not cooperating.
