This unit is tastefully decorated and has newer flooring. All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests. We provide all of the comforts of home including high quality linens.
One bedroom with comfortable queen bed, TV with Dish network and a sliding door that opens to a deck overlooking the golf course.
Enjoy cooking your own meals on our gas grill. View of golf course from deck with comfy chairs to relax after a day of golf or sightseeing.
Roomy bathroom with tub and shower. Paper products, soaps and shampoo included.
Kitchen and living room are open concept, with sofa sleeper, 42 inch TV.
Kitchen is fully stocked to cook anything that doesn't require an oven. Includes new refridgerator, dishwasher, microwave and 2 burner stove.

Included with your stay is a pool pass that allows guests to use the indoor pool and hot tub in Schuss Village.

We are within 30 miles from Traverse City, Petoskey, Charlevoix and Gaylord.
10 miles from Torch Lake, 22 miles to Turtle Creek, 10 minutes to the Glacial Hills bike trails and 5 miles to the famous Shorts Brewery!
This is a perfect location and affordable way to visit northern michigan and take day trips to many lovely little towns. You will not be bored here.
We have some of the best golf courses in Michigan. We are on the 18th hole of Schuss. Within minutes there is The Chief, Summit, Hawkseye, The Legend, cedar River and The Farm.
Bring your boat (place to park a boat out front), canoes, kayaks. We are close to some of the most beautiful lakes including Torch, Lake Bellaire and the chain of lakes.
Winter activities. Downhill skiing is amazing with 53 runs on 2 mountains and featuring 4 terrain parks. All levels of skiers love Schuss Mountain.
The cross country trail is just out your backdoor. A downhill pass allows access to the cross country trail. Enjoy the beautiful views while getting exercise.

Great Weekend Stay!!

This condo was clean and nicely kept, exactly as advertised. Altho a ski/golf resort it’s also a great location for a summer stay, great proximity to up north destinations such as Bellaire and Torch Lake! It was a quiet and comfortable stay for our family of four. The host is very polite and responsive!!

Tiny and Clean

This was perfect for one or two people. Close to the golf course and Bellaire. The bathroom was a little dated but served the purpose! Great view in front and back with two patios.

Great Little Condo

We totally enjoyed our time at Schuss Mountain. The condo has a great view of the mountain from the front and a beautiful natural view out of the bedroom and off the back deck. Very tastefully appointed and clean, it made the perfect 'base camp' for our weekend in Antrim County. Highly recommend Shirley's Cafe in Mancelona for breakfast as well.

Sweet Little Condo with Mountain View

This was our second time staying at this condo. This time we came to see the fall colors and took the ski lift up Schuss Mountain. Couldn’t have been more convenient. The condo is cute, clean, and centrally located. Would definitely stay again!

Great Little Condo

I used to own one of these condos so I know what was original to the condo. It is updated and clean. Great price, nice condo, perfect stay for two or a young, small family.

Cozy place in Bellaire

Nice little condo in great location for golf and hiking. Downtown Bellaire is quaint with several nice restaurants (check out Short's brewery and Chloe's chop house). On the downside, the property had a noticeable smell of mildew that lingered throughout our stay. Fortunately the weather was nice so we could open up the windows to air it out.

What a beautiful and serene stay!

I managed to stay at the condo during the peak season of fall. And OMG! The scenery was overwhelming! I live in Florida and being raised in the Northeast, I miss the change of seasons. It was perfect timing and the condo was so peaceful and comfortable, I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Close to shopping and really good food! The ski lift to see the carpet of colors is a MUST!

It was ok for our trip. It was clean and location was what we expected. There are just a few things that would make this rating a 5 star… the bathroom door needs repaired. It is a simple fix of just cutting the bottom so it would open all the way. Also if someone is staying multiple days, there should be more towels provided.

Cute little condo

It’s small but very cute. We loved the back walk out slider in the bedroom that lead to a patio area with a grill looking at the golf course. When we arrived the fridge was outside but we reached out to the property manager it did in fact work it was just being defrosted. She did offer us to change rooms but we didn’t we just brought it back in and plugged it in. There definitely was a moldy smell and cob webs in alot of the corners.

The property owner was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. While the resort itself feels a bit dated, it’s still cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. I imagine it’s a livelier spot in the winter months or for those who come to enjoy the golf courses. We were there to cruise the lakes on our motorcycle, so the condo worked perfectly as a clean, quiet place to rest after a day of riding. It served its purpose well, and we appreciated the hospitality.

We loved the mountain village/golf course area where the 1 bedroom was located. The cozy ski chalet was perfect. It was a very peaceful stay. We took day trips and visited many sites near by. Connie the host was SO helpful! I would definitely recommend!The facilities and kitchen were good and we had everything we needed. I would have liked instructions on how to use the induction stovetop but we googled it. We slept well. Michigan is so beautiful!
