LeVilla 548 is one of the nicest one bedroom condos in Schuss Village!

We also have 549 and 551 so if you are looking for 2 or 3 condos next to each other this is perfect.

Lower walk out unit. (No stairs to climb) Park right out front.
Very private with woods and a pond view. At the end of a cul De sac just a short walk to the driving range. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe.

Back faces the 18th hole of the Schuss course. Within a few miles there are 5 other very popular golf courses.

This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake or Charlevoix. Sleeping Bear Dunes makes a great day trip.

The condo was beautiful, completely updated with highend furnishings. It has 2 outdoor seating areas, we had coffee on the back patio, loved it. Very private as this unit is next to a wooded area. #10 tee box is adjacent, it wasn't noisy at all. This condo has everything you could need, very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Ski time!

Great location for a ski weekend at Schuss Mountain. Close walk to Ivan’s. The place was very clean and has all the amenities we needed for our short stay. Love the updated kitchen. Appreciate the Convection oven/microwave/air fryer. Connie is an excellent host with fast response to our questions. Will definitely visit again.

Schuss Mountain Condo Review

Had a great stay and would highly recommend this to anyone! The renovations were beautiful and we loved the privacy of the location. Everything was as advertised and the communication with the host was excellent! 5 stars all the way!

Comfy and cozy

This gem was a place that had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. It was secluded and very quiet . Even seen the golfers out having a great time as we sat out back and had our morning coffee. Connie was very helpful with all questions and even checked in to make sure we made it ok .we will surely rent again 😊😊😊

Cozy!

Hidden away from the main resort yet next to the Schuss Mountain Golf Course, the unit was very cozy. Impeccably clean with all the basics that we needed. This was a short golf getaway with my spouse and with easy access to the courses it was perfect!

Great Place for Teo

Lovely little condo on a quiet wooded location. Perfect for two and close to surrounding points of interest. Manager quick to respond if you need anything. Only downside was it rained the entire time we were there. Would stay again if in the area. Great shower and beautifully decorated!!

Fantastic!

This lovely condo was a perfect place for a weekend get away with my spouse! It was clean and updated. We especially enjoyed the back patio (pretty secluded), the updated bath and walk-in shower, the comfy bed, and the location, which allowed us to do a few fun day trips. Overall, a great place for a restful and fun get away!

Such a relaxing trip! Everything was exactly as Connie stated in the listing. There was most anything you could possibly need in the kitchen and if you didn't want to cook, her descriptive guide to area restaurants was super helpful! This was the most thorough rental I've ever stayed at. Connie thought of Everything!

Nicely Updated

Condo was very clean, well appointed and nicely modernized. The area was central to many beach towns if your willing to drive 45-60 minutes each day. We visited Petoskey, Charlevoix, Torch Lake and Elk Rapids. I will say the "resort" itself is dated and offers nothing appealing in the summer. The lodge is closed, the restaurants get poor reviews and the pool/hot tub area was pretty gross. So great condo at a good price for its proximity to Lake Michigan and the great outdoors. Easy check in, clear instructions and easy check out.

Super homey and cozy

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend! When I tell you Ms. Connie did an amazing job with this beautiful cozy condo. All the details are superb and I appreciate the warmth and comfort feeling that this condo brought us. It’s so self sufficient and very accessible. You can prepare meals, along with beautiful countertops, mini kitchen island, a king size bed, and the bathroom is spacious with the double shower head. Outside front and back seating areas. The space was strategically thought out! We loved how we can change the temperature in each room. Very pleasant to have some board and card games on hand! I am blown away at this incredible experience and we will be sure to come back for different seasons year round. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
