"I know there were mixed reviews about this establishment however it was very nice. I went with my mother for the weekend. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The parking at the hotel is $15/night. The Wifi is complimentary as well as the breakfast. It is maybe a 5 minute walk to Pratt District and other areas of downtown Hartford. The room was clean and comfortable. The room had a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. For those that are light sleepers you could hear people outside your room but it did not matter to me. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was adequate. Breakfast had hot waffles, sausage and eggs, along with yogurt, and various breads. My only disappoint was having to go to the third floor for ice. Other ice machines were not working! Good values for price. Used airport shuttle and it worked out well."

"The staff was very nice and the room was clean, the only negative part is the walls are really thin so you can hear other peoples like conversations and one of the lights didn’t work but overall, it was a good experience and it’s really close to the airport"
