"The check in process isn’t as easy as they make it sound. The self check link they text you, and the kiosk in the lobby, doesn’t allow you to fully check in. Therefore, you do have to wait on someone at the front desk to help you get access to your room. We were advised to “come back later” two times as there was no early check in option or anyone available to help get us into our room at the assigned check in time. We waited 4+ hrs before we got into our room, almost missing our concert we came into town for. Showing up early or on time here is not honored, they had many people waiting for hours due to the lack of front desk staff. Which correlates with the “effortless” self check in process, you will be left waiting!"

"Check in was smooth, the room was on the ground level and bordered the parking lot. You could hear the cars driving by and I wish we were on the ocean side and not on ground level. The room needed to be vacuumed and I felt it wasn't that clean, the smell from the gas fireplace was strong and our clothes that stayed in the suitcases smelled of the gas after we left and opened them again on the cruise. The on site restaurant had extremely high prices and even breakfast was way over-priced. Location is good and right next to cruise terminal. Would I stay here again? probably not as the price for the room and any food was a lot."

"Our stay was pleasant. Basic room met our basic needs for one night. Our room was very clean, shower curtain could be changed out but other than that it was spotless. Staff didn’t have a sense of urgency, but were very nice. We would stay here again in the future."

"It is a decent location and the property took actions to keep guests safe (key-ed elevator access). I think the only thing that I didn’t like was outside of anyone’s control (street walkers and their habits). Absolutely adore that the bathroom had a bidet. Staff were awesome and courteous. Room was consistently clean. :)"

"Keep in mind that this is a budget friendly option close to the airport, so don’t expect all of the bells and whistles. That being said, we were very pleased with how friendly and helpful the staff were. The room was a decent size and everything worked as it should. The hotel is directly next to a gas station, which is handy for refueling the rental. The only complaint we had was that our non smoking room reeked of pot, but the staff did immediately offer to move us into another room. Not a bad stay overall for the price and convenience to the airport."
