Negatives….room didn’t have a hair dryer. Couldn’t call the front desk because our room didn’t have a phone?? Walked down to front desk and a maintenance man delivered hairdryer about 20 minutes later. If I am staying multiple nights don’t leave me two towels and two washcloths and not give me room service the second day. Ended up grabbing some for the second day shower off a maid cart. Rooms are outdated and need upgrades Postives…bed was comfortable and bar staff were friendly!

Staff is very friendly but it is pretty out dated and the bed was uncomfortable. Great pool area for littles which is why I stayed here in the first place.

The room clean when we got there but the made is so old. You move a little and it squeaks so loud so can’t really sleep. the place was really old and not properly maintained. The receptionist doesn’t know what’s happening in the hotel. The main reason we picked the hotel was the slide. We asked the receptionist if it’s working and she said yes. When we got to the pool, there was yellow tape around it.

It’s an older hotel and the outside and reception area needs updating.. Entrance and elevator are not very clean. Lots of guests are construction workers. The rooms where fine and clean. Good mattresses. Bathroom was ok.
