安いホテルを予約したのでそれなりでした。シャワーが浴びれて、ベッドで寝られれば良い方でしたら良いホテルかと思います、スタッフはフロントに24時間在中しているので安心です。

最低の予約サイト！

ホテルズドットコム での予約は避けて下さい。客を巧みに騙すのが本当にうまいです。 今回も2度目の詐欺被害に合いました。 ホテルにチェックインをすると、フロントより予約がされていないと言われ、予約したページと支払い済みの画面をみせました。 しかし、確認できないから、予約サイトに連絡して欲しいと言われ、チェックインまで約2時間かかりました。ホテル側は私が予約した画面の写真を撮ったり支払いずみの画面を撮ったりしていました。 ラインでホテルズドットコム に緊急連絡をしましたが、15分待って欲しいだの、ホテルに電話しているがでないなど、言い訳ばかりです。おかげでその日の予定はキャンセルです。 今回のトラブルの原因ですが、ホテルズドットコム で予約支払いしたものがエクスペディア経由でホテルにいっていました。 なぜ、そのような事がわかったかと言いますと、ホテル側のPCを見せて頂き、あなたの予約はエクスペディアから予約がされていると見せられました。 結局部屋に入る事ができたのは到着したから2時間過ぎです。 謝罪の連絡もなく、ラインでの謝罪で全て済ましました。 絶対にホテルズドットコム を利用しないで下さい。客を騙してお金をむしり取るような会社です。 二度と利用しません。

Good enough for the price

I would say this hotel is not good if you have a toodler. No elevator or secure stairs if you have kids. I stayed 2 days and they did not clean my room the second day and put a complimentary water like the first day. It was very noisy! We can hear the other people laughing and talking in the next room. So annoying when you are trying to sleep and relax!
