The rooms were very clean, met all the basic needs. The pool was small but clean and the staff provided bath towels. The staff were very friendly and helped on every request. The reason we booked this hotel were for the water rides but disappointed as most of the big rides are shut. Only the small kids play slides, lazy river and the tornado were functional.

My first time in country and my first stay of many. My first thoughts are by far its the people that make the memories and the staff are very friendly indeed. It was very slow season and away from the city so...my expectations werent high. Its not anything special but id go back just for the people that catered to us.

I would definitely stay here again! The price is just right and it’s with breakfast already, The hotel is very clean & spacious. We just had an issue with our first room regarding the toilet not flushing & the bath floor not draining but they helped us move to another room right away. The staff are very courteous & respectful. I would recommend this hotel to those who wants to stay closer to the airport.

I would stay again in this hotel, but I have to plan properly for shopping as it is far away from Malls, also if you take taxi there’s additional 50 pesos for the taxi. The hotel wont charge you for that, but the taxi will. They will call a taxi for you! Everything is great! Love the room, it is very clean and smelled fresh!

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms big. I didn’t the location though. 1) there are not shops nearby 2) to get to the city centre during peak hour is not the go.

We have an overnight stay at this hotel. We chose this because it is close to the airport. Our room is spacious and clean. Huge swimming pool . At daytime the water park was open but we didn’t use it since our flight was early. Staff were friendly and accommodating and helpful. Free transportation to the airport. Definitely we will stay again in the future.

Spacious room good food cleanliness of the environment greetings of the staff . Didn’t like no communication from the receptionist where in we asked her re availability of the shuttle she said yes she took our flight details never said what will be our pick up time when we’re about to settled our accounts I asked her re shuttle bus she said 10:00am I told her we’re not informed of the time should be three hours before our international flights at 1215 at least 08-0830 am supposed to be our pick up time she said the driver not available till 10am end up calling taxi prior to that emailed them re availability of the shuttle bus no response from them

Spacious rooms and new. The bathroom in the ground floor near the elevator should be maintained closely as it stinks, this is the bathroom used mostly by people using the pool. The ballroom is located on the 3rd floor and during events it’s loud as rooms are not sound proof. Rooms are set for two even if you booked for 3 people, it should be prepped for the amount of guests listed on that booking. I have to ask And initially argue with front desk as they insist it’s good for two when you have listed during booking how many guests are registered. I would still recommend this hotel as the rooms are quite spacious and it’s next to a waterpark especially if you are traveling with kids, but need to have own private vehicle as it is out of the way. Also this hotel is about 15 min away from airport so added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterworld Hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly accommodating,polite, professional, and attentive. From airport pickup all the way until check-out, everything was smooth and well taken care of. The restaurant was beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing, and the servers were very attentive. The entire place is gorgeous, spotless, and spacious,and most of all, very affordable. After flying miles and miles away from Canada, this place truly felt like a gem and is an absolute must try. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodation and memorable stay and Good job to all the staff !!

Staff was great, refrigerator was broken, then, they brought another broken one and on a third one, it finally worked 8 hours later. No flushing water, they brought a bucket and a tabo. There are a lot of humidifiers in the hallway on the first floor it makes you wonder if they have mold issues and they're trying to cover up the smell. Half the watersides were shut down and the wave pool is empty. The lazy river float on the raft is not operating. Many of the safety rails around the water park are heavily rusted and unsafe.
