There was some confusion when we arrived at the property, as the lady who handled the property on behalf of the owner seemed very confused about who we were or what property we were trying to access. (who, when she arrived, was absolutely lovely) My lousy French eventually, and Christine's attitude got us through :-) A lovely apartment, well furnished with everything needed. The Auchan supermarket was within walking distance as was the village and all restaurants. The grounds are spotlessly clean, as was the huge pool. We would have a wonderful time here and would happily recommend this apartment to adult couples.

Uncompromising Sun and light!

The property was a great size and perfect for a spacious apartment for 2 adults (& two small terriers) We all loved and enjoyed the long terrace and felt that and the size helped alot to give it a good rating. The swimming pool was a great advantage and so large that you had plenty of space to relax undisturbed. A few mins walk to the supermarket with great choice of fresh seafood & great boulangerie outside which we used on previous holidays there. 

Despite the size of the building and the amount of apartments, it was very quiet. The building was very secure and we felt happy to leave important belongings in the flat without worrying. Free residence parking within a barrier at the front sits nicely in the shadow of the tall building most of the day! All gardens & grounds were kept immaculate and invaded by a friendly gardening team once per week! For me I would say the toilet & bath are a bit tired and need some updating, but for the price being a bit cheaper it hit the value button. Good assortment of kitchen utensils but lacked a garlic crusher! Tony?!!🙂 There were a few minor issues with failing white goods and I would like to think the low season would mean a few things could get properly repaired. The host was on top of things - He had a lovely Lady Caretaker & Hubby who were the customer care “fixers” during our stay and although they didn't speak English, Christine was happy to translate on her phone and help out when needed.

The flat was beautiful, as described in the ad, communication with the owner was great.The only hiccup was at check-in as some instructions were not clearly given, but when contacted everything went smooth.I definitely recommend this apartment for having a great time with ffamily

Appartement situé dans une marina.Tres confortable et propre.Le village de Mandelieu-la-Napoule est tres sympathique. Bcp de choses a visiter grasses, antibes, st tropez...La piscine était ouverte au vacances davril mais non chauffée.Nous avons eu par contre de la pluie tous les jours. Dommage

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans l’appartement de Tony. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur un petit port. Cerise sur le gâteau :nous avons eu la chance d’inaugurer la salle de bain rénovée. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Bel apparVacances tement un peu difficile à trouver. L'immeuble s'appelle Le Surcouf près de la capitainerie. Cette information peut aider. Téléviseur compliqué (avis à ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude). La climatisation n'a jamais fonctionné. On a demandé pourtant. Attention aucun transat à la piscine : que des bancs, comme au square. Sinon bien, sécurisé, et adapté à des vacances.

la réception par la gérante des lieux est particulièrement agréable, l'appartement est adapté pour un couple. La vue et la luminosité de l'appartement sont formidables. Tous le matériel pour bien y vivre est présent (matériel cuisine, sèche cheveux, serviettes de toilette, torchons, lit fait à votre arrivée. C'est sur nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Appartement tres bien équipé, beau balcon bien exposé pour prendre ses repas au soleil, residence calme. La situation est un Plus= proche des commerces , du bord de mer et ideal pour partir randonner dans l esterel , se rendre a Cannes ou proximite immediate de l 'autoroute pour Antibes, Nice ou Menton. Tres bon sejour , nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ravis de l'emplacement, de la luminosité et agencement de l'appartement, bien situé, environnement très agréable, belle piscine et magnifiques espaces verts. Seul petit bémol, malgré l'explication de l'intendante, la Télévision n'a pas fonctionné et le ménage à l'arrivée un peu négligé. Sinon l'immeuble est très calme, sympathique, bien entretenu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Habitués des locations à mandelieu. Celle ci a tout pour plaire et presque tout pour être parfaite. Nous renouvelerons notre expérience les yeux fermés. Le bâtiment et sa piscine sont vraiment ce que nous recherchions. Petit bémol pour l'accès à la piscine avec bracelet car nous avons pas mal de famille sur mandelieu ou en location à mandelieu et il nous faudrait tous trouver une location dans cet immeuble pour profiter pleinement de l'espace piscine ensembles plutôt que chacun de notre côté. Le logement est propre lumineux, très agréable. Nous avons adoré.
