Right in the heart of Manderscheid’s charming town centre, a very special holiday home awaits you: The Little Eifel Knight. Spanning approximately 90 m² across three floors, the house captivates with its narrow, unique layout, exposed wooden beams, and a cosy, low ceiling height—a true experience for anyone who loves authentic charm.

The Accommodation
Accommodation Description – The “Kleine Eifel-Ritter”

The “Kleine Eifel-Ritter” is a charming and extraordinary holiday home in the heart of Manderscheid. Located at Grafenstraße 8, the property offers a unique living experience across approximately 90 m² spread over three floors, featuring historic charm, exposed wooden beams, and a deliberately rustic architectural style.

Location & Directions
The property is centrally located in the town centre. Check-in is flexible starting at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and is contactless. You will receive the access code 24 hours before arrival. Parking is available in a public car park at the cemetery (approx. 200 m away). You may briefly stop directly in front of the house to load and unload.

Special Features
Please note the low ceiling and door heights: The ceiling height is approximately 2.00 m, the doorways are 1.82 m high, and in some places (wooden beams on the 1st floor) 1.64 m. This gives the house its unique character but requires some caution and is not ideally suited for guests taller than 1.90 m.

Amenities & Layout
On the ground floor, you’ll find a dining room that seats up to 6 people, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Senseo coffee maker. A separate bathroom is located under the stairs to save space. From the kitchen, you can access a small garden area that’s ideal for relaxing in the fresh air (smoking is permitted outdoors only).

The ground floor features a bathroom with a shower (no toilet) and a cosy living room with seating and a flat-screen TV.

The second floor houses the bedrooms, accessible via a narrow staircase. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed; the adjoining room features two single beds, a cot, and ample storage space.

Services & Amenities
Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Heating is provided by electric convector heaters that can be individually controlled.

Additional Information
Parties are not permitted. Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated due to the size of the property. There is no storage space for bicycles or similar items.

The “Kleiner Eifel-Ritter” is the ideal accommodation for anyone who appreciates a special, authentic atmosphere in a central location.

Additional Important Information
The house is located directly on a through road. Unfortunately, there are no private parking spaces available in front of the house. You can park your car at the public car park near the cemetery, approximately 200 m away. Stopping to load or unload your car is permitted.
