Chalet on the waterfront of the great Lake Maskinongé, with private beach located in a cul-sac street guaranteeing tranquility and privacy just 1 hour from Montreal.
This fully equipped chalet contains 3 bedrooms and a magnificent mezzanine, which will allow you to eat to the sound of the waves with a unique view of the lake while being protected from insects.
Access to 1 kayak and 1 pedal boat, possibility of mooring your boat in the water in front of the chalet for an access fee, the municipal descent being 1 km from the chalet.
Lovers of winter sports, a federated ski doo trail is accessible directly from the chalet and the St Jean de Matha slides are 15 minutes away.
Grocery stores, pharmacy, convenience store and 4-wheel trail 10 minutes away by vehicle.
