"Clean room but shower tiles not drained to outlet (filled with water). Staff generally nice however getting cocktails seemed to take a long time (>30 min) in some cases and after chasing up bar staff. Check was not great - promised check at 2pm didn’t happen until closer to 3:30pm with no apologies. ..."
