Open the ranch sliders from the lounge and head out to the expansive sun-drenched deck, and you'll be greeted with breathtaking views of the estuary.

There’s space to park a small boat or jet ski here, and with the Mangawhai boat ramp just a short four-minute drive away you’ll be out on the water in no time! Even your pet is welcome and will be met with a luxury dog room/kennel. Happy pet, happy days!
