My family and I had a wonderful stay at the heights. The hosts Shaun and Ursula were wonderful and were quick to communicate. They were accommodating to our late arrival and gave us a tour of the unit. They also were available anytime for any questions or requests we had. There were several rooms that more than accommodated our party of 7 adults 2 children. The hot tub was great. Also the view of Montañita from the unit was absolutely beautiful. I recommend this place for anyone traveling with a big party that wants a great, safe location.

Amazing location with exceptional host!

The Heights at Montanita are BEAUTIFUL! We booked short notice and were so excited about the incredible accommodations— the house is a beautiful hillside mansion overlooking the town and ocean. Our arrival time changed as we traveled, but the host greeted us with a helpful tour upon arrival, and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend renting this home— I just wish we could have stayed longer!

This place was more then what I expected for the price I payed, I was going there thinking I was in a one floor cabin with two or three rooms. Turns out I had a three floor cabin with an amazing view and much more amenities then I expected. The owner of the location greeted us the night we got there and as well showed us around the whole cabin. Amazing hospitality from the owner and staff from the day we arrived till the day we left. We visited this location when the covid 19 situation started in Ecuador and the owner went out of his way to contact clubs on the beach to keep us on top of what was still open in Montanitas and also told us about a few hidden beaches we should hit during the day. This is a great location for a big group of people trying to have a good time but also have there privacy and all for such an amazing price.I will be coming back for sure to this hotel next time. Thank you Shaun !! till next time my friend.

Buena ubicacion y bonita cabana pero las sabanas no estaban cambiadas no limpias apestaban a pie sucio y tenia pelo , a toda mi familia los 3 cuartos le picaba la piel de lo sucio que estaba el piso estaba sucio con tierra, como si no lo hubieran limpiado en 1 mes , no volveria alli por que son sucios antihigienico yo andaba con ninos tuve que ponerle mis toallas y ropa mia para que duerma no toque las sabanas sucias, salimos a las 9am corriendo del lugar

Todo estuvo muy bien, el hotel cuenta con una vista preciosa sobre Montañita la cual puedes disfrutar al atardecer desde el Jacuzzi, Shaun el dueño muy atento y servicial siempre pendiente de que estemos pasando bien. La casa tiene todas las comodidades la conexión de intenert es muy buena también. Pasamos un lindo fin de semana.
