It is perfect for a group of friends or family. Enjoy being located in the heart of Manhattan, walking distance from football, baseball, basketball, track and field, and volleyball events. Take the stress out of the game day hustle and bustle by being able to wake up and start your tailgating without leaving the property! The backyard is a great space to sit in comfort while grilling and enjoying a game of corn hole. The garage area is a perfect place to gather out of the elements all while still taking in the game day atmosphere of games and beverages. We know you will enjoy our home away from home as much as we do!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all doors are locked including the bolt on the garage door.
Take all trash to the purple trashcan on the northwest corner of the house.
Place all towels in a pile on the floor of the bathroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
