The property was not even open for business the doors were chained shut. I hope my credit card was not charged for this for I will be checking it tomorrow. Expedia should have known that this business was closed and not made that reservation. I had to scramble to find my own hotel room

Clean hotel, otherwise not great

Hotel was clean and fine for a quick night of sleep. The check in at the kiosk is uncomfortable with a cold, unfriendly guy who is hard to understand. The TV remote didn't work and the pool was closed with outside temps above 100. It worked for our family but not somewhere I would go again unless I have to.

The pool,washer and dryer, and vending machines were out of order ,room was clean but people banging on walls to do repairs is NOT acceptable when trying to sleep ..This property needs to be in FULL working order before I will stay here again !!!

Bad hotel

It was smoke free room yet it had cigarette burns in the bedding. Pee all over the toilet. Bathtubs not clean. No service. Weird front desk. And weird place for the hotel.

we had problems getting out key to qork and after the third try they said someone would come help us . took them 30 min and it was so hot my wife almost had a heat stroke. the pool is not open as advertised. which was the main reason we chose the place. will never go again and might not use hotels.com again

The front desk is a machine with a nice guy on a tv screen. That was the reception. An unfriendly girl entered behind the desk but never said a word. Floors to enter the building and the hallway were filthy. Thankfully the room was fairly clean, bed fairly comfortable, and price was right, but it was really noisy since it backed up to freeway.

Have stayed previously at this property but it has been awhile. First, checkin- virtual? Not a fan. No one at the desk for assistance. Bed spread had burn holes in it. Shower was nice. TV was hard to operate. Cleanliness was decent. Went for coffee downstairs - none! Probably won’t stay here again
