Solheim Luxury 2 BR Condo - Colbert Hills & Sunset View

Enjoy a stay with family or friends at a brand new luxury, 2-Bedroom condo in Manhattan, KS in the Colbert Hills community. Close to local restaurants and walkable to Colbert Hills clubhouse, this condo comes complete with all the amenities you will need whether you are with friends, family, or looking for a quiet place to work. Relax on the spacious deck with outdoor furniture and enjoy a sunset over the Flint Hills with a golf course view.

The space
Rooms: Our condo offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and is very spacious with a tv, large walk in closet (includes washer and dryer) and private bathroom attached. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, TV and a bathroom right across the hall. Both bathrooms have floor to ceiling walk in showers with plenty of space to get ready. The bedrooms and living room all feature tall ceilings and large windows allowing for plenty of natural light. There is also a pullout sofa sleeper available for use that has a memory foam mattress in it.

View: The view from the deck backs up to an open, private space and being on the 3rd floor allows for privacy and a beautiful view of the sunset and golf course off to the right.

Guest access
Guests will be sent the exact unit number and a secure code to enter the building and unit, prior to check in. You will also be given a parking spot number in the covered parking garage. Pool (in season) and Fitness Center access will be provided before check-in.

Other things to note
There will be a $500 deposit put on hold to cover any damages or theft. This will not be charged unless something is damaged, broken or stolen. We understand accidents happen, so if you break something please let us know and depending on the situation we can work something out.

In an effort to keep our condo clean and enjoyable for future guests, we do NOT allow pets or smoking inside the condo OR on the deck.

Please remember there are many units in the building, so while we hope you enjoy yourselves, please keep the music and noise to a minimum.

Beautiful and clean property! Only feedback I would have was I was surprised there were no hair dryers available. Traveling from Texas it was just one extra item I had to pack. Something to think about offering as an amenity.

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting family in Manhattan and were so pleased to have found this condo. Owner was fast to respond to my inquiry and the condo lacked nothing. It was wonderful to relax on the balcony and watch the golfers. We took advantage of the on-site gym and numerous restaurants nearby. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to Manhattan!

Found this property late in my search to visit our son, returning from a year long deployment and this was perfect. The building has a garage (which came in handy due to rain and a tornado warning). The building is quite new and it looks like there have not been many guests or tenants living in the building, which was fine with us. This unit had two bedrooms, spacious bathrooms and nice size living room. There’s no dining room table but a bar at the counter with stools. Each room had a TV and there is a ample size deck. This place is convenient to restaurants, shopping, sight seeing, Ft Riley and much more. Will definitely stay again.
