You'll fall in love with this beautiful old farmhouse when you book it for your holiday in the Alps.

Spacious rooms, a fabulous entrance hall and incredible views, are just some of the features that make it special.

Geared for comfort and cosiness, the open plan living area on the upper floor has a cheerful open fire and there are plush furnishings and homely touches throughout. It also has WiFi, TV, DVD, table tennis, and lots more home-from-home features. The large kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crowd. There are also two bedrooms - a twin and a double, which opens on to a terrace - as well as a bathroom on this floor.

There are two more bedrooms, again a twin and a double room, on the lower floor, with another large bathroom and a separate toilet.

Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

Please note there are 25 steps from the parking area to the first chalet entrance. In case of concerns due to cars and heavy snow fall, the chalet has easy access to the main road via a large tarmac driveway. The ceiling height in the communal areas is quite low by modern standards. Kindly note that pets are not allowed on the property.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.

A fabulous chalet. Really comfortable and well-equipped. The helpful check-in meant we had no problems during our stay. The ski bus stop is really close by with an easy transfer up to La Croix Fry. We absolutely loved it.

Absolutely magnificent and comfortable

This chalet "clinging to the mountains" is absolutely magnificent and comfortable. From the living room to the bedrooms, we were immersed in a real cocoon of softness. We were lucky enough to be flirting with the snow at the beginning of November and the view of the mountains was splendid. Thanks to Steve for the warm welcome and to the hosts for this beautiful place.

A wonderful view of the mountains!

We stayed for a week in this great accommodation. It is beautifully located and you have a wonderful view of the mountains from the terraces. We had our racing bikes with us and the chalet is a great starting point. It is also very quiet and there are few neighbours to disturb. The house is a beautifully renovated old farmhouse. However, it should be said that there are quite a few spiders in the house (some of them a bit bigger), so if you are afraid of spiders, it will be exciting in the house:) The communication with the house manager was very easy and uncomplicated, he was also always very easy to reach! We can definitely recommend the house!

Ce chalet est superbe, avec une vue magnifique. Assez spacieux pour y loger à 8 sans avoir l'air d'être les uns sur les autres, beaucoup de rangements. Une grande terrasse pour déjeuner dehors ou pour prendre l'apéritif avec vue sur les montagne. Et cerise sur le gâteau, Lo Garajo (café concept) juste de l'autre côté de la route. Idéal pour prendre un café, boire un verre après une balade. Vraiment séjour parfait, qui donne envie de revenir l'été ou l'hiver.

En résumé, un très bel endroit!

Chalet très authentique (peu de hauteur sous plafond dans le salon), très bien restauré, rustique mais très confortable, avec une très bonne literie et une belle salle de bain dans la suite parentale. Un bon feu de cheminée bienvenu alors que la météo a été peu clémente pendant notre court séjour (3 nuits). Les alentours présentent des vues spectaculaires, joli village de La Clusaz à 15 mn par le col de la Croix Fry qui était ouvert. Les terrasses sont probablement très agréables l'été ...

Notre séjour a été parfait

Le chalet est très beau et vous avez fait un travail incroyable de rénovation de cette vieille grange (nous avons vu les photos!). Sa situation est splendide et calme, avec beaucoup d'espace extérieur pour se relaxer et laisser jouer les enfants. C'est un chalet de caractère, bien différent du nouveau style "design" très couru. En hiver, avec la neige, ce doit être encore plus fascinant.
