Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
After traveling for 20 hours, anticipating our late check in for rest and relaxation only to find upon entering our room that it had a foul smell and it was filthy and uncleaned. The bathroom nasty with no towels or toilet paper. A filthy, roach infested apartment unit is what was presented to us. We immediately called the host to inform and inquire and her response was that the unit was cleaned but our standards differ. There was literally food left behind in the microwave. The linen was dirty and she offered no replacement. She did, however, bring us two old, dingy towels! The unit was completely roach infested. We were beyond disgusted. This was a clear example of scam owner who only collects payments but doesn't keep up the maintenance of their unit. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT, you will regret it!
