Great, bright space for 1-4 guests. 120Mbps Wifi. Soho Central Private Residences is located in front of Shangrila Mall. The Unit has: A/C Heated shower Bath towels Hair dryer Iron 1 Queen and 2 single beds 4-seater dining table Electric cooker w/exhaust Electric fan Fridge Microwave Rice Cooker Toaster Oven Electric kettle Kitchen utensils Dining set.
NOTE: We provide only your first 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 garbage bags.
NOTE: Pay parking is located in the basement. Entrance is on the side of the building on Mayflower Street.
Parking fee is 50 pesos for the first 3 hours then 30 pesos per hour after that. For overnight parking, Greenfield will add 200 pesos on top of the fee at 2am.
NOTE: There is a 150-peso fee for each RFID access card that is needed for entry and exit to the building. Guests are requested to secure these access cards at the administration office on the 4th floor during office hours M-F. Look for Ms Princess.
NOTE: Getting the RFID card is a compulsory requirement and is non-refundable from the building admin.
NOTE: If you bring a pet the administration requires 1. Proof of vaccination 2. Fill up the registration form 3. Pay 250 pesos for pet registration
NOTE: The administration just put out a memo that you are required to put a covering on your pet's mouth when they ride on the elevator. This is not to be unkind, but to be considerate of other residents' safety after the occurrence of a biting incident recently.
NOTE: Please send your IDs as soon as possible. I am required to register guests with admin one day before check in.
NOTE: The elevators have assigned floor so please check which elevator services your floor.
Up to 3 visitors are allowed. But no overnight for visitors.
There is a reception up front. If you have visitors they will have to register with reception.
The building and location is very safe with 24x7 security.
Weekend entertainment at the Greenfield district park.
You have the option to request for general cleaning with a fee of 500 pesos. If you prefer to clean for yourself, broom, dust pan, and mop are provided for your basic cleaning.
