Yeah, I saw my next door it’s so nice with microwave & the interior is presentable. It’s a pity we always go to Phil’s every year. Our bad experienced in your recommendation is so bad. This is not a style for tourist, it destroy the image of the Philippines.

Excellent staff could not help with room problems because it is privately owned. Bed was a hard coil box spring NO MATTRESS! NO PADDING!! Stayed one more day extra and the owner charged me double the daily rate I book for on Expedia

The bed was too small for me, as someone who is 6’3. There also was some sort of street festival that stretched long into the night and kept me up. The property was okay, but use it like I did: a place to crash during a layover, rather than sleeping in the airport.

Water leaking

It was flooding in the toilet for days! It was taking a long time for the technician to fix the problem; until now water drips continuously from the water heater! A basin is underneath to catch the leaking water. Hopefully this will be fixed soon!

The air conditioning did not really cool the room off and was leaking on the floor. Also, the first day, 1 of the elevators was not operational. The second day, both elevators were out of service.
