The suite features 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 private bathrooms, a bright living room and a dining area where families and friends can gather. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, fresh linens and blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, basic cookware and tableware, so you can easily prepare simple meals or enjoy take-out from nearby restaurants.
Guests enjoy fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and access to the building’s facilities such as pool and 24-hour security. The location is very convenient: we are next to Grand Riviera Suites, just a short walk to Robinsons Place Manila, Manila Ocean Park, Rizal Park and many cafés, convenience stores and banks.

Disliked: Communication
First, I didn't stay at place because its location was hard to find. Second, the host was uncommunicative and unaware of my upcoming reservation. I contacted the host through VRBO and Expedia on December 31st, the day before our booking, but received no information or replies until just two hours before check-in on New Year's Eve. The owner finally responded on the 31st. Frustrated, I booked another room elsewhere. Then, the host claimed he needed to confirm with VRBO, apologized, but ultimately canceled our reservation, accused us of overcommunicating, and refused to refund the full amount. As a result, we were left without a place to stay.
