The room was completely run down. Broken doors, broken chair, cabinet doors and toilet seat all loose, the place was really dirty. Shower door was disgustingly dirty. They tried to get more money from us for a balcony suit which I had booked originally. It was the worst experience we have had in all our travel of 30 countries around the world. Very stressful
