Your home away from home in Pasay with 1 bedroom. This terrific condo features 1 queen bed, 1 sofa bed, heated shower and bidet in the bath. SmartTV and WiFi 200Mbps, washing machine, 1.5 HP AC, fridge, microwave, kitchen stuff. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything the Manila Bay area and our condo has to offer. There's 2 swimming pools, parking, bright lighting inside the condo, wardrobe closet. Mall of Asia is 3 mins/ 2km, Intramuros is 14 mins/ 6km, Roxas Triangle in Makati is 15 mins/ 6km, Okada is 14 mins/ 4km, NAIA T3 & T2 are 15 mins/ 7km. Our cozy condo is at the heart of historic Roxas Boulevard in front of the Cultural Centre of the Philippines and the Manila Yacht Club fantastic view from the balcony. We got a commanding view of the Bay. For safety we got a new 10 lb fire extinguisher.
