Honestly property would get a better score but the bedding was stained with who knows what pretty awful to be honest. I even checked out a day early. It was that bad. Pay the extra and get something not OYO product… elevator was down hotel had no ac in common areas

Very weak Wi-Fi.
Supposedly staying a total of 5 nights. On my first night stay my room doesn’t have air condition, no Wi-Fi, no hot water, they gave me a folding bed and when I complained to the front desk, they told me it’s because I checked in late. (Stupid excuses). On my day 2 they transferred me to a decent room. On days 5 of my stay it was a decent room but very weak Wi-Fi. Hotel employees are friendly and has 24 hours security.

Inexpensive clean room for long term stay
Pros: fast check-in, clean room, friendly staff, hot shower, free coffee (3-in-1 so I did not use) Cons: A/C not really cooling, but they provided a stand-fan; not electronic door I was just checking the place out for future long term stay. With better A/C, it would be a good place to stay

Great value if on a budget.Rooms were clean and comfortable.shopping close by.There is no restaurant at the property.But the friendly hotel staff showed us how to download the grab app so we could have food delivered.

Terrible service with nickle and diming customers.
At first it was okay because the room is nice and its clean but as time goes on, I noticed its not cleaned daily and even if you put the notice on your door saying to clean it, they will not come if you are there. Then, parking is 150 PHP per day.. starting at 3pm and ending at checkout time.. they are very strict about this and even if you stay a month, they dont have a discount, they milk customers for money. They do not have a refrigerator in the room and thats why I marked the room as not comfortable. This was the hard part, not having a place to keep things cold. The one thing that made my stay negative was how two faced the staff is, they are all smiles and acting happy but when you need something, they deny you. I had 3 friends (Male) come over to help me carry my bags the evening before checkout and they harassed us and said no visitors after 10PM. ???? No visitors???? This is a hotel... I have the right to have visitors. Especially to help carry luggage to help checkout. This was the worst service I have ever had from a hotel and also the worst rule that was never told to me. My visitors are not staying the night nor are they wandering around, they are just helping carry luggage since I had many bags. This is what I am holding the hotel accountable for and hotels.com accountable for.. how are visitors prohibited in a hotel? I stayed for over a month straight and now feel unsafe, uncomfortable, and cannot at this time recommend this hotel to anyone.

Christmas break in Mao
First class service friendly staff free room upgrade and free 2 hours extension to match my travel plan. In a quiet location but close to food outlets and large mall all within easy and safe walking distance. Good wifi absolutely no negative experiences.

This reasonably priced superb hotel is exactly what a smart traveler needs. Nice friendly staff ready to help with everything, and giving you a blast of energy in the morning! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Best Bargain hotel in Manila
Probably the best location in manila as it's walking distance from a mall with great places to eat, a main road to get anywhere via jeepney and bus, the MRT/LRT. Not to mention it's pretty much right in the middle of manila. I was in an executive room so it was larger but Oyo has the best mattresses for any hotel at this price. Free unlimited drinking water (hot and cold), wide hallways, secure. A TV you can actually access the ports so if you have movies on a usb stick just plug in and watch. wifi was super fast. Great staff. Only thing is it doesn't have a fridge like most budget places but that's ok.
