Plenty of better places to stay for less money

This property is not really a hotel but an apartment. Check in was slow and disorganised and they want a 5000 peso deposit which is 5 times more than I have ever paid in the past in PH. The room while new is very basic and smacked of cheap furniture. It certainly doesn't have a warm and friendly feel. It is well located next to a major shopping mall and also near the nightlife district. Overall I would not start here again as it was expensive for what it was and felt unwelcoming and cheap.

5 stars for 3 stars price!

I've stayed in Makati many times and many places. This is a privately owned condo in an upscale high rise, sub-contracted through Siglo Suites. Dollar for dollar the best value I have ever received. I'm 72 years old, so that is saying something. 5 stars!

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel au top. Le centre sportif et la piscine se trouvent au 36 et 37ème étages et offrent une vue magnifique sur la ville.

가격대비 괜찮고, 근처에 몰있어서 편리해요

제일 기본 룸타입이여서 전에 이용할때 보단 좀 좁긴했지만 물도 잘나오고 가성비 괜찮았어요. 주방을 이용하진 않았지만 기본 주방도구는 다 있어요.근데 요리를 할순없어요. 식용유를 비롯한 양념들이 없거든요.

A Excellent hotel.

Morning everyone, well what can I say about Gramercy Siglo Only a big Wow. From the moment you get out of your taxi you are greeted with a big smile and very polite doorman the smile continues right to the receptionist it’s a beautiful clean hotel and when I got to my room it was a really big very clean room with kitchen and utensils, big applause for senior management for your training. I travelled solo but this hotel would also suit families everything you need is a quick walk away, my only wish would of been there own restaurant and bar , but there’s plenty of those in the area , a big thumbs up.

Wife loves the place

I would recommend this place for couples and families. The location is very good too. But for singles who are just here for night life on a budget there are other choices in the area. Watching the sunset from the pool is awesome. So far this is one of the best hotels in Makati for me and my wife

カードトラブル

何度か宿泊しましたが、毎回EVを動かす為のカードが不具合で部屋フロアへの階数が押せない。カードを変えてくれと言っても変えてくれず毎回スタッフがマスターカードでボタンを押して上がるということを繰り返しました。外出する度にこのストレスを感じるのは不快でした。 あとレジデンスなのでサービスも良くないです。23時にはフロントがいなくなるし、ホテルとして利用するのは勧めません。

綺麗でも汚くもない普通の3ツ星

60%offだから利用しましたが、朝食付きだったはずが、そもそも建物内にレストランはないです。隣のモールで食べろ、と言われるのですがモールの開店時間は10:00です。よくわからないですが、綺麗でも汚くもない普通の3ツ星くらいの宿です。通常料金なら泊まる価値はないです。

Little roaches crawling all over the bathroom. For the two nights I was there, my access card to the elevator never work. I went to the front desk at least 6 times, and each time they told me the problem was fix.

Good place, great locale

The place was good. The living room and dining room (joined) was not big, but enough for people to move around, as our friends visited us. The 2 bedrooms were spacious, though. The bathroom was nice and clean. The aircon in the living area is cold, but the ones in the bedrooms were not cooling enough. Maybe it's just in our unit. The place also has direct access to Century Mall.

My first as a renter

Overall it’s excellent place to stay. Everything you need is in there and around the vicinity. The place itself is relaxing. The only and important complain I’ve experienced is the cleanliness of the unit which has cockroaches. Service people are very friendly, courteous and helpful. I will come back and use their service again. However, nexttime there will be no pests at all!

Good for the price

Check in was a bit poor as there was nobody manning the reception desk and I had to get the Gramercy Residences staff to contact Siglo who took about 15 minutes to arrive. The room was quite good for the price, reasonably large, modern and basic kitchen facilities. There were some small cockroaches for the first day or two. Bed was moderately comfortable but the air conditioning is poorly placed as it blows directly at bed level. Room was very quiet given it's a busy area. Location is good with lots of eating and nightlife options. Staff were polite and helpful.
