The unit is clean, the host is very accommodating, agreed to check us in in a very short notice. Seamless check in and check out. Literally 5min walk to SM Bicutan. The only downside is the walls between each unit is not sound proof, however they have a strict noice curfew from 6am til 10pm if I remember it right. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.
