Scam! Fake Condominium Rooms! Beware!

I haven’t use this Paid Reservation and I really don’t know why Hotel.Com still allowing this to Happen as the Reviews says almost all the Same!!! I wanted to have my Money Back! The Guards says we are not allowed to Come inside and the Number we called won’t answer at All!!! Can someone from Hotel.Com could tell us How can We have our Money Back!!!

If We could give this a 0 rating we would. We couldn't use this booking. No Lobby and nobody answering the number to call. We wasted lots of money on a taxi because we couldn't check in and had to go to another hotel which cost us $100 a night. Very angry to lose that much money trying to stay here to save a bit of money.

The total area was great but the unit the we occupy isn't at Citrine 418. Guys you to make sure that you have contacted the person who lease or rent the unit. It was not included on the information that pool is only available during tuesday and thursday and yiu have to pay 200 per head. Now we had an issue with the person who lease/rent the unit because she was not the real owner she just rent the unit to have it rented as well. She was a scammer she was giving us instructions during our stay that really Humiliated us. We really had a bad experience not for the while priperty by this specific unit. CITRINE 418
