Room was clean, modern, comfortable, not overly done. Staff from the shuttle drivers, check in , room attendants, various others were first class. Property is well laid out, easy to navigate. Not a big gambler, however, loved how the games were spread out throughout the property, not warehoused in one areaā€¦..easier for the non smoker.

Our stay at this property was exceptionally restful, relaxing, and entirely stress-free. The outstanding service from the staff truly made our visit special. We want to give a huge thank you to the luggage team and the welcoming front desk staff, especially Shawn. Meagan at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful, Benzon the bellman provided excellent service, Ric the shuttle driver made transportation seamless, and Angeline at the bar and room service was wonderful. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job keeping everything immaculate. We highly recommend this property!

This place was just amazing from when we first arrived to the end. The staff was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. They all spoke English which was a huge help in our stay. I have to stay one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Mahalo we will def come back again. To the staff thank you for the hospitality!
