I stayed here before in August 2022, and then recently again in May 2023. The hotel has improved, maybe because things are getting back to normal after the pandemic. The front desk is now manned 24 hours a day, there is a porter to transport your luggage to your room if you so desire, and there are more guests than before. The free breakfast is good, with American and Filipino options. The room itself was clean, and the hotel is close to the mall. The staff was polite.

Hotel is close to a major shopping centre. Facilities are clean and maintained. Only thing I wish they can improve on is the Google Maps location of this Hotel, all our Grab drivers were getting confused/lost and being directed to the residential part of the area. There are 2 signages on the road but quite hard to see at night.

Brilliant service orientation from employees in the reception, housekeeping, room attendant, security, and kitchen. They make you feel like a VIP. The hotel is new and modern with pools and gym. Worst hotel i have stayed in in the Philipines. Location horrible surrounded by wasteland. Pool 200 metres from the hotel through a building site and full of leaves. No towels. No wifi available. Restaurant and Room Service closed. Really disappointing as it looks so good in the photos.
