Disliked: Amenities, communication
Most disorganized and chaotic experience I ever had. First they tell you that you have to provide ID before you arrive but provide no means of providing the ID. Forget about contacting the property or the property owner because they go ghost and never pick up the phone. And then they never tell you what tower you’re in. You basically have to figure this out my process of elimination. There are three towers then after the fact, owner or property owner is adversarial, intake no accountability for the chaos they’ve just caused. The place was a little CD, and a CD area, and did not look like what was presented in the pictures.
