Brand New Luxury Duplex Penthouse in Manilva Beach

About this home
This duplex penthouse apartment is brand new, bright and enjoys beautiful sea views.
Its first level has a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining area, which leads to the terrace. On the same level there are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper floor has a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace.
The complex offers swimming pools, paddle tennis courts, gardens, secured underground parking and a children's playground area.

The Space
Our three-bedroom duplex penthouse is brand new and we furnished it with designer furniture. It has all you need: bed linen, towels, hair dryer, 43" TV with 40 satellite channels (in Spanish, English, French and Arabic), fiber optic internet with 20 MB, as well as a fully equippep kitchen, including electric kettle, toaster and microwave.
Guest Access
Guests can use all the complex’ facilities, including the adult and children swimming pools, paddle tennis courts and children’s plpayground.
Guests can also use the apartment’s assigned secure underground parking space.
The Neighborhood
The area is ideal for families and for those of us who just want to enjoy the sun without any stress.
Close to the complex you will find numerous beachside restaurants, a promenade and bars, as well as a stunning marina in the Puerto de La Duquesa, which is filled with numerous restaurants, yachts and recreational vessels.
The complex is also located a short distance to Sotogrande, with its several leisure amenities, such as the Santa Maria Polo Club, world-class golf courses, spa facilities and a luxury marina, which is coupled with excellent beaches and restaurants.
In a short drive from the complex you will find several golf courses, including the world famous Valderrama Golf Course, which plays host to the Volvo Masters and Ryder Cup, the Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, as well as La Reserva, Almenara, San Roque, Alcaidesa Links, La Cañada, Valle Romano and Finca Cortesín Golf Courses.

El apartamento está tal cual se ve en las fotos del anuncio. Puesto cómodo y con buen gusto. Muy limpio. La zona tranquila, algo apartada del pueblo pero al lado de la playa. El propietario muy agradable y detallista.
