Lovely spacious detached villa with private infinity pool, private garden which is fenced in all around the villa to be private and secluded.



The villa has four bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms, plus one additional bathroom. All rooms are situated on the same level. The master bedroom comes with a jacuzzi bath.



The villa is well furnished and equipped with a large open plan lounge / dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, also plenty of seating and direct access to the gardens. The villa is fully air

conditioned and has a secure parking area for a car.



The villa is very private and secluded with a 1.000 m2 garden that includes an outside table and 8 chairs for outside dining. There are also 8 sunbeds and a large sofa for relaxing outside.



Situated in La Paloma de Manilva area, the villa is just a 5 min drive to Puerto de la Duquesa and Sotogrande.
