It has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, a bright living-dining room with TV (French channels) and internet (wifi). The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.Attractive large terrace of 35 m² with sea view, sunny until 1 pm and shaded for warm summer evenings, including a comfortable living and dining area.The residence has 5 swimming pools, a paddle court (rackets available) and magnificent outdoor facilities with exotic gardens.The apartment has an underground garage with a parking space and an elevator.The apartment is close to several golf courses, only 5 minutes from the La Duquesa marina, 15 minutes from Estepona, 25 minutes from Marbella and 50 minutes from Malaga airport.In the port of La Duquesa, you will find restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.
