  • Villa Princesa Kristina is set within a gated community, built in 2012 to a modern and high standard. The tourist port of Puerto de la Duquesa , the fishing village San Luis de Sabinillas and lovely sandy beaches are all within a distance of 2km.

    It is located at one of the highest points in the area of Manilva and Sabinillas and benefits from panoramic views of the Costa del Sol coastline and the Sierra Bermeja mountain range.

    This 400m² fully furnished villa boasts living and dining areas, 4 large bedrooms each with their own with private bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, private pool, outdoor terraces, air conditioning, free WI-FI, internet and satellite TV , private parking area and smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms.


    Access to the area is easy as it is just 70 mins from Málaga and 40mins from Gibraltar airports and the property provides a paid airport shuttle service.
