Villa las Rocas 142

Fabulous, brand new detached villa with private infinity pool, located in Bahia de las Rocas. Five bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms plus two additional toilets. Three of the bedrooms are situated on the top floor, one on the ground floor and one in the downstairs basement level.



The villa has a modern, well furnished, large open plan lounge with plenty of seating and direct access to the gardens. The kitchen is open plan, making this a great entertainment space for holidays. On the downstairs basement level there is also another lounge with large sofa, TV and pool table. The villa has it's own WiFi connection, is fully air conditioned and has a secure parking area for two cars.



Outside there is a outdoor dining area, sunbeds and a private infinity swimming pool that boasts spectacular views to the sea, Gibraltar and North Africa.



The villa is just a short drive to Puerto de la Duquesa, Torreguadiaro and Sotogrande.
